Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner, and that means it’s Tequila Week at Farmers & Fishers, May 3 – 9th, when we join with Siembra Azul to celebrate Mexico’s top spirit. Meet Siembra Azul Founder David Suro, a Mexican-born American entrepreneur and life-long tequila connoisseur, and gain firsthand knowledge and insight from this master of tequila while sampling Siembra Azul product. Chief Mixologist Jon Arroyo and industry colleagues / guest mixologists will be shaking up special cocktails in celebration!
On Monday, May 3, from 7-9pm, enjoy a fantastic 4-course Tequila tasting and dinner pairing of Latin-American inspired dishes prepared by Executive Chef Stephen Bieker. You’ll enjoy classically inspired flavors with Farmers & Fishers’ hand selected and sustainably produced, farm-fresh ingredients along with premium selections from Siembra Azul Tequila.

Your evening will include a 4-course culinary journey of wonderfully prepared farm fresh dishes from Chef Stephen Bieker and his team, paired with selections from The Glenlivet outstanding single malt collection.
Start with hors d’oeurvres and The Glenlivet 12 Year-Old, and with each subsequent specially paired gourmet food course, enjoy an older – 15, 16, 18, 21-year, and a very special, exclusive Glenlivet with dessert.
